Science Fair

You are invited to participate in our annual Lakewood STEAM Night! The fair includes topics related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics and is a great way to get students (and parent volunteers) excited about the scientific process and thinking like young scientists and artists. This science and arts fair is non-competitive and encourages each child to participate, learn and have fun! All students are invited to design a science fair project that uses the scientific method or the engineering process diagram to solve a problem or an arts project to showcase their talent. Students may work on a project individually, with a small group, or with their family. Please email lakewoodsciencefair@gmail.com if you have questions.

2. Fill out and complete the student registration form located at: https://forms.gle/qfFkgrNHfnF4sMcp8

no later than Thursday March 23rd, 2023.

3. Work with your child as he/she conducts research, investigation, experiment and observations.

4. Prepare a Tri-Fold Poster Board if it is a science project based on the experiment conducted

5. Bring the project and poster board to Lakewood STEAM night on Friday April 14th, 2023 by 5:45 PM

7. If you are interested in judging the show and encouraging the kids please enter that in the volunteer form.
